Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders

Depends on the destination country and cost fluctuation of shipment. Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days for international delivery and 5–10 for domestic (some products have local stock).

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If any unexpected issue occurs, we will inform you properly.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped from another country, shanxiaotech.cn is not responsible for customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

shanxiaotech.cn is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

Cancellation
