Interpretation

● "Goods" refers to physical products purchased through the Service.
● "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

● "You" means the individual using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf the individual uses the Service.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day You receive the Goods. To qualify, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase included.
Non-returnable Items
Custom or personalized Goods, consumable items, downloadable software, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Installed components, flashed firmware, or Goods altered after delivery are also excluded.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at guwuren@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos when applicable). Once Your request is approved, we will email detailed instructions, including the return address. Goods sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective Goods). We recommend using a trackable service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for Goods lost in transit.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned Goods, we will notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund. Approved refunds are processed to Your original payment method within 10 business days. Banking institutions may take additional time to post the refund. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply in cases of incomplete packaging or missing accessories.
Late or Missing Refunds
If You haven’t received a refund within 15 business days of approval, first check with Your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at guwuren@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace Goods that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If You need an exchange, email us at guwuren@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate the process. For different items or variants, return the original Goods for a refund and place a new Order.
Return Address Confirmation
Always wait for written confirmation of the designated return warehouse. Unauthorized returns to other locations may be rejected.
